Producer of the season

Three generations, four hectares, no ambition to grow.

The Perrachon family has farmed the same parcels below the Combe de Lavaux since 1961. They still pick by hand, still ferment whole-cluster, and still refuse every offer to buy the vineyard next door.

We have taken their entire United States allocation for the third year running. It is not a large number of bottles.
